ZG Vacuum Melting Furnace:
ZG batch type vacuum melting furnace is mainly used for melting high temperature alloys, iron base and nickel base alloys, and some of the nonferrous metals and their alloys. The melting can either be carried out under vacuum or with protective atmosphere.
The working temperature of the furnace depends on the construction material of the crucible. When the crucible is constructed with magnesium oxide, the working temperature oth the furnace can be as high as 19000C, while with graphite, it can reach 25000C. Customers may choose the construction material according to the material to be melted.
